**Graphic Designer (Night Shift)**
**Shift**: Night Shift (US Time Zone)

At 7xGrowth, we are a dynamic digital marketing agency that works with clients across the United States, helping businesses create a significant impact through innovative digital solutions. We're looking for a talented and creative **Graphic Designer** to join our team on a night shift to support our clients with eye-catching and effective static designs for their social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging static designs for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure design consistency across campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media best practices
- Deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Communicate effectively with the team to understand design requirements and client needs

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in graphic design, especially for social media
- Work smartly using latest AI tools to deliver eye catching graphics
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Adobe Creative Suite, Canva**, or similar
- Strong portfolio showcasing your social media design work
- Ability to work night shifts to align with US time zones
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay: ₹9,878.38 - ₹17,000.00 per month
