**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media, websites, ads, and print materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce visuals that align with brand objectives.
- Design promotional materials such as posters, banners, flyers, brochures, and infographics.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all visual communications.
- Create eye-catching designs optimized for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Edit and retouch images for digital and print use.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Graphic Designer** (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in design software such as **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW**, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Ability to take creative direction and bring ideas to life visually.
- Attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects).
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles (optional).
- Ability to create motion graphics or animated content.
- Experience in branding, packaging, or advertising design.
