**Eagleview**, the leader in aerial imagery, is hiring a **Sales Enablement Technician.**We are a fast paced, energetic team driven by continuous process improvement. We’re looking for motivated, organized, and independent team members. This position requires good communication skills and the ability to quickly pick up new technologies.
Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
**_ Tech Stack Development and Administration_**
- Manage and maintain the organization’s sales and customer success technology tools, such as CRM systems (Salesforce, Gainsight), collaboration and coaching tools (Gong, Teams, Calendly, Highspot) and other enablement software
- Configure and optimize these tools to align with business processes and departmental needs
- Syncing between systems
- Building playbooks and orchestrating journey’s in Gainsight
- Drafting requirements for Salesforce enhancements
- Troubleshoot technical issues and ensuring system reliability and user adoption.
- Stay updated on software enhancements, releases, and new features for tools within the tech stack
- Engage with software vendor resources to explore new functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and design tailored solutions to meet business requirements
**_ Collaboration and Problem-Solving_**
- Proactively recommend innovative best practices and process changes to enhance the efficiency and impact of enablement tools
- Surface potential issues or inefficiencies in the tech stack before they become significant problems, proposing creative solutions
- Lead and deliver high-impact technical projects, such as system integrations or tool enhancements, with a focus on speed and quality
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with business needs and are completed on time
- Work closely with internal team leaders (Onboarding, Adoption, Support, Account Management, and Marketing) to ensure consistent customer experience and continuity across departments and segments
- Availability to field and address concerns immediately in MS Teams
**_ Report & Dashboard Design_**
- Create and customize reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for sales, customer success, and other departments
- Analyze performance data to design visualizations that support strategic decision-making for the VP of Sales Enablement and team leaders
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with CRM and CS platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, and/or Gainsight.
- Salesforce or Gainsight Admin certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work PT time zone consistently (8PM to 5AM IST) - joining meetings and collaborating with colleagues and department leaders during these hours
- Experience in SaaS, cloud services, and/or other tech-enabled environments.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Knowledge of customer enablement strategies, value realization, and account expansion practices is a plus
- Proven track record of delivering on projects with quality and efficiency and communicating success & impact.
