**Key Responsibilities**:
**YouTube Content Creation**: Develop, film, and edit engaging video content for our YouTube channel that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience.
**Social Media Management**: Create and manage visually appealing posts and stories for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to drive engagement and increase followers.
**Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
**Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in content creation and graphic design.
**Analytics Tracking**: Monitor and analyze the performance of video content and social media posts, making adjustments as needed to improve engagement and reach.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation for YouTube and social media. Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Strong video editing skills with experience in software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visual content.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹11,069.10 - ₹24,688.66 per month
