**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the sales team to understand client requirements and manage order processing.
- Maintain accurate sales and operations data in CRM and ERP systems.
- Follow up with clients for orders, payments, and feedback.
- Work with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, track KPIs, and highlight variances.
- Resolve operational and customer issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and external service standards.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Team collaboration and coordination

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Prior experience in sales coordination or operations is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
