**Responsibilities**
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of product
- Provide accurate, timely, and efficient work.
- Analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites.
- Creating technical drawings from architects' sketches and specifications.
- Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
- Can do coordination with consultants, vendors and site.
- Can work on estimates and bill of quantities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Can produce accurate submission, tender drawing and municipal drawings.
- Can produce coordination drawings (architecture with services drawings).

**Requirements and skills**
- Construction background is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Auto CAD, MS Office (excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of 3D modelling in SketchUp and photoshop rendering(optional).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
