**Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Fresher) - Laminates Industry**

**Location**: Ambli Bopal Road, Ahmedabad

**Salary**: Up to 25,000 INR per month

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Order Processing**:

- Handle incoming sales inquiries and process customer orders efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy in order details and coordinate with the production team for timely delivery.

2. **Customer Communication**:

- Communicate with customers regarding order status, product information, and any other inquiries.
- Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

3. **Sales Support**:

- Provide support to the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

4. **Data Management**:

- Maintain and update customer databases regularly.
- Generate reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

5. **Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

6. **Coordination**:

- Coordinate with various departments, including production, logistics, and finance, to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations.

7. **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide insights to the team for strategic decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
