**Position**: Sales Coordinator
**Reports To**: Sales Manager or Director
**Location**: AHEMDABAD
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Job Summary**:
A Sales Coordinator assists the sales team by managing schedules, organizing sales documentation, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can multi-task and support the team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. The Sales Coordinator acts as a liaison between the sales team and clients, as well as internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**:

- Enter sales orders accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill and expedite orders.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoicing.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist sales managers and representatives in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and distribute sales documents, including contracts, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain customer records, sales data, and inventory updates.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Serve as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by providing timely updates and following up on sales activities.
- Assist in managing accounts, including tracking status and renewals.
- **Sales Analysis and Reporting**:

- Collect and analyze data to prepare reports on sales metrics, such as order status, customer feedback, and monthly sales.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements based on trends and insights.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Coordinate with marketing to align promotional activities with sales efforts.
- Organize and assist in training sessions, sales meetings, and company events.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure all sales-related documents are complete and comply with company policies.
- Keep accurate records of sales transactions, product details, and client communications.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years in sales support, customer service, or related field.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work.
- Customer-focused with a professional demeanor.
