**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative and personal assistance to senior management.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation systematically.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Support in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
- Assist in organizing office events, travel arrangements, and logistics.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of office operations.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in office coordination, administration, or as a personal assistant.
- Excellent **English communication (verbal and written)** skills.
- Proficient in **MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)** and comfortable with basic tech tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional demeanor, confidentiality, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
