**Job Title: Personal Sectretary**
**Job Location: MP Nagar Bhopal**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**: Efficiently manage and coordinate executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure all appointments are organized.
- **Communication**: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring a smooth travel experience for executives.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate and organized records, files, and documentation to facilitate easy retrieval of information.
- **Meeting Support**: Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
- **Office Assistant**: Assist in managing day-to-day **office operations and Administration**, including supplies, equipment, and coordination of office events.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of **3 to 4** years of experience as a **Personal Assistant** or **Executive Assistant to Director.**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
**Salary: 30,000 to 35,000**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
