We are seeking a talented and creative bag/accessory designer to join our team. As a designer, you will be responsible for creating unique and innovative bag and accessory designs that meet the needs of our customers. You will work closely with our product development team to bring your designs to life and ensure that they are manufactured to meet our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative and innovative bag and accessory designs that meet the needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with our product development team to bring your designs to life, ensuring that they meet our quality standards and manufacturing requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in bag and accessory design
- Create sketches, renderings, and technical drawings of your designs to communicate with the development team and manufacturers
- Participate in product testing and review to ensure that designs meet functional requirements and are comfortable and durable for users.
- Work closely with our marketing team to ensure that designs align with our brand image and messaging.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to share your designs and provide input on new product development

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a bag/accessory designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio of bag and accessory designs that demonstrates creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent sketching and rendering skills, as well as proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator or similar
- Familiarity with bag and accessory manufacturing processes and materials
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Bachelor's degree in fashion design, industrial design, or related field (preferred)
