We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Account Manager with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our clients' online presence across various social media platforms.
- Key Responsibilities:*
- *Content Creation:*
- Develop engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia materials.
- *Platform Management:*
- Manage and optimize social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- *Community Engagement:*
- Foster and grow online communities by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages.
- Implement strategies to increase follower interaction and brand loyalty.
- *Analytics and Reporting:*
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- *Campaign Execution:*
- Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging.
- *Customer Relations:*
- Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
- Resolve issues promptly and maintain a positive brand image.
- *Trend Monitoring:*
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Suggest and implement innovative ideas to stay ahead in the digital landscape.
- Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design trends.
- Minimum 1 year experience in managing social media.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
