- Job Title: Credit Officer - Housing Finance industry -Navi Mumbai
- Job Responsibilities
- 2) Visit customer’s place of business / employment and conduct personal discussion and assess the Employment/ business model and overall credit worthiness of the customer.
- 3) Evaluate the Field Credit Investigation (FCI), Technical Appraisal Report (TAR), Legal Appraisal Report (LAR), prepare the Credit appraisal report and recommend files for approval.
- 4) Co-ordinate with the customers/channels for the pending documents collection as well as query resolution
- 5) Efficiently manage the Under-process files and ensure adherence to TAT
- 6) Follow up on self sourced cases where there are slippages in terms of Cheque bounces or 30-60 DPD

- Good communication skills and command over Hindi / language and English
- The above position requires high energy levels, integrity, customer orientation, analytical skills, convincing skills, process orientation, time management and a strong determination to achieve results
- Basic knowledge of computer required
- Ability to multi-task and manage overall operations
- Mandatory:

- Ability to relate and communicate well with local residents, particularly those belonging to the lower income levels- Industry: Housing Finance
- Gender: Male
- Experience: 1-3 years in Affordable Housing Finance companies
- Job Location: Navi Mumbai
- Working Days: 6 days
- Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate in any discipline
- CT : No incentives, only fixed CTC
