**AR CALLER**
Call Insurance companies on behalf of providers and carryout further scrutiny on outstanding Accounts Receivables
- Prioritize unpaid claims for calling according to the amount of time it has been pending
- Call insurance companies directly and convince them to pay the pending claims **Check the relevance of insurance info offered by the patient ** Evaluate unpaid insurance claims
- Check on the status of claims by calling insurance companies
- Transfer the outstanding balance to the patient if he/she doesn’t have adequate insurance coverage
- Enquire with the insurance company for Explanation of Benefits (EOB) if the claim has already been paid.
- Make corrections to the claim based on inputs from the insurance company
**AR Roles and Responsibilities**
Ability to talk to insurance companies & check online for outstanding payments and document the conversation/findings on the patient account and assigned WP as per the standardization protocol with the required accuracy.
Meet Compliance requirements like HIPPA etc.
Meet QMS and ISMS requirements.
Meet productivity and quality standards.
Excellent written and spoken English skills with a minimum typing speed of 20 wpm & 90% accuracy.
Minimum of 2years Experience as AR Caller.
Willingness to work in night shift Works with a relatively high level of supervision on simple and moderate tasks.
Should be a team player and collaborate in solving issues and problems.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
