**SAP Basis Administrator**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure and maintain SAP S/4 and SAP Cloud systems to ensure their smooth and uninterrupted operation.
- Perform upgrades, patches and system maintenance tasks as required to keep the SAP system up-to-date and optimized.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the SAP system to ensure mínimal downtime and maximum system availability.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the stability and integrity of the SAP system.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery and backup plans to minimize the risk of data loss or system failure.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures, including user management, authentication, and access control.
- Monitor system performance and conduct capacity planning to ensure that the SAP system meets our organization's current and future needs.
- Document processes and procedures for SAP system maintenance and support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration, specifically in SAP S/4 and SAP Cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP system architecture, administration, and troubleshooting in SAP S/4 and SAP Cloud environments.
- Experience with SAP installation, upgrade, patching, and system maintenance in SAP S/4 and SAP Cloud environments.
- Experience in SAP performance tuning and capacity planning in SAP S/4 and SAP Cloud environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
