HVAC JOB DESCRIPTION - Experience of 10 Years

Analyze building structure and make heat load calculation.

Profound knowledge in ASHRAE, SMACNA standards, NBC & other standards
- Profound knowledge of HVAC engineering design programs like DUCT SIZER, PIPE SIZER.,
- Profound knowledge of DX type system, VRF system, Chilled water system etc.
- Selecting equipment’s for HVAC with the help of catalogue.
- Preparation of technical specifications that result in the purchase of high quality cost effective equipment
- Feasibility studies incorporating the most current viable technology and equipment

capabilities
- Prepare B.O.Q & B.O.M for the Project.
- Prepare system scheme (single line diagram) for HVAC.
- Preparing spatial requirement of complete HVAC system.
- Prepare schematic, tender drawings and GFC drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare ESP & Pump Head calculation and Providing HEAT load calculation through HAP

calculation.
- Preparing AUTOCAD drawing of Chilled water schematic, Chilled water layout, Ducting

layout, detailed drawings and GFC drawings.
- Prepare of Design brief report (DBR), Technical submittals & other relevant documents.
- Reverse Engineering of samples & Development of new product with changes.
- Co-ordination with Vendors, Clients, Structural teams & Architects.
- Project Planning & Process Control.
