A transcriptionist is responsible for listening to audio or video recordings and converting them into written documents. This role requires excellent listening skills, attention to detail, and the ability to produce accurate and grammatically correct transcripts within set deadlines.

What you’ll do? (Key Responsibilities)
- Audio/Video Transcription: Listen to audio recordings, videos, or live conversations and transcribe spoken words into written format.
- Editing and Proofreading: Ensure the final document is free from grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and formatting issues.
- Formatting Documents: Follow specific style guides or formatting requirements provided by the client or organization.
- Research: Look up unfamiliar terms, names, or technical jargon to ensure accuracy in the transcription.
- Time-Stamping (if required): Add time codes to the transcript for specific sections or points in the recording.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive or proprietary information contained in recordings.
- Quality Assurance: Review transcripts for accuracy and completeness before submission.

What you’ll need?

Must-Have:

- Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
- Fast and accurate typing (minimum speed of 50 words per minute preferred).
- Strong command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Familiarity with transcription tools and software (e.g., Express Scribe, Otter.ai).
- Ability to understand various accents and dialects.
- Previous experience 2 to 4 years in transcription (preferred).
- Specialized transcription experience (e.g., medical, legal, or business) is a plus.

Work Environment
- Remote or In-Office: Work from office and 5 days working.
- Flexible Hours: Comfortable for both the shifts. (Night preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
