We are looking for a talented and motivated Social Media and E-commerce Assistant to join our team on a freelance basis for a period of 2-3 months. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work hours and a chance to gain experience in various aspects of online business management.

Job Requirements:

- Previous experience in managing social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook) for business purposes, including creating engaging and compelling content.
- Familiarity with Shopify and experience in managing online stores, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data management and organization.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and experience in content writing for social media.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or online business management will be an advantage.
- Understanding of website analytics to improve conversion rates and optimize the online store.
- Familiarity with Shopify SEO practices, including keyword optimization, meta tags, and product page optimization.
- Ability to provide excellent customer support through various channels.
- Proficiency in basic HTML and CSS for minor design customizations and layout adjustments.
- Familiarity with payment gateways and experience in setting up secure and user-friendly payment options.
- Troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues related to the Shopify platform.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
