**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Handling**:

- Assist walk-in customers with placing bakery orders, offering product recommendations and information.
- Take phone orders, accurately recording all details, including product type, quantity, and pickup or delivery times.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive experience at the order desk.
- Address customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, and special requests.
- **Coordination with Bakery Team**:

- Communicate customer orders and any specific requests to the production team.
- Ensure orders are prepared and packaged on time for customer pickup or delivery.
- **Order Verification and Packaging**:

- Double-check all orders for accuracy before handing them to customers.
- Assist with packaging items neatly and securely.
- **Inventory and Supplies Management**:

- Monitor order desk supplies (order forms, pens, packaging material).
- Report low inventory to the manager.
- **Customer Feedback**:

- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve services and offerings.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
- Knowledge of bakery products is an advantage but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customers efficiently during busy hours.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Basic cash handling and familiarity with POS systems are a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,329.17 - ₹20,000.00 per month
