**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Engaging Visuals**: Create high-quality graphics for digital, web, and print media that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
- **Develop Intuitive Website UIs**: Design user-friendly, responsive, and visually compelling interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
- **Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams**: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure all designs meet business and user needs.
- **Create Marketing Materials**: Design brochures, social media graphics, banners, and other marketing collateral to support ongoing campaigns.
- **Branding and Identity Design**: Contribute to brand identity projects, ensuring cohesive visual representation across all platforms.
- **Iterative Design Process**: Implement feedback from stakeholders and adapt designs based on user testing and performance metrics.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **3+ years of experience** in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in both web UI and graphic design.
- **Expert in Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and **Figma** for prototyping and wireframing.
- **Website UI/UX design skills** with experience designing for responsive and mobile-first websites.
- A solid understanding of **typography, color theory, layout, and design principles**.
- Ability to create designs that are both visually appealing and highly functional from a user-experience perspective.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively.
- **Attention to detail** and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of **current design trends** and the ability to incorporate them effectively into your work.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **motion graphics** and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Understanding of **HTML/CSS** basics for better collaboration with developers.
- Familiarity with **WordPress** or other CMS platforms.
