**About the Role**:
**Work Timings**:

- Time: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Web & UI/UX Design**:

- Design responsive website layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Create UI/UX wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and final designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Improve user experience through layout, navigation, and usability principles.
- Work on landing pages, web pages, dashboards, and web apps.

**2. Mobile App UI/UX**:

- Design mobile app screens for Android and iOS.
- Create prototypes and interaction flows using modern tools.
- Ensure brand consistency across all app screens.

**3. Social Media Creatives & Marketing Designs**:

- Design creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create graphics, carousels, banners, thumbnails, and promotional content.
- Design posters, ads, and branding assets for digital campaigns.
- Build short promotional visuals or animations/gifs when needed.

**4. Marketing Collaterals**:

- Support branding needs with logos, icons, and visual identity assets.

**Required Skills & Expertise**:
**Design Tools (Any of the following)**:

- Figma
- Adobe XD
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects / Premier Pro (for reels/short videos)
- CorelDRAW (optional)
- Canva (for quick marketing designs)

**Technical Knowledge (Bonus Advantage)**:

- HTML, CSS (basic understanding)
- Knowledge of responsiveness and UI implementation

**Creative & UI/UX Skills**:

- Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout
- Experience with user flows, web/app navigation, and interaction design
- Ability to design for multiple screen sizes and platforms
- Awareness of current web and mobile design trends

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design/Multimedia/IT/CS or relevant field
- 1-4 years of experience in Web/UI/UX design and creatives development
- Portfolio demonstrating both web/app designs and creative graphics
