The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound calls, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves promoting products or services, generating leads, collecting feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Make calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- **Inbound Calls**: Answer incoming calls and provide information about the company’s offerings.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads by gathering information about customers' needs and requirements.
- **Sales Conversion**: Persuade and influence customers to make purchases or book services.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate customer records in the company’s CRM system.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed individual and team targets related to sales and customer engagement.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Ability to meet sales or performance targets.
- **Language Proficiency**: good English communication.
- **Education**: masters degree in sales or marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
