**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing the hair colour product category on key eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
- Ensure product listings are optimized with the right descriptions, images, and keywords for maximum visibility and conversion.
- Work on implementing pricing strategies, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to drive sales.
- Monitor and track the performance of online ads and campaigns, making recommendations for improvements.
- Analyze e-Commerce and digital marketing metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, sales) to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
- Support in preparing regular performance reports to present to the senior management team.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for category growth based on data and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with external agencies or partners for digital marketing campaigns and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure the e-Commerce website and other digital platforms provide a seamless customer experience.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 01 to 02 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing, preferably in the beauty or hair care industry.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, or similar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
- Online Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
