**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Store Operations**: Manage the day-to-day operations of the store to maintain a welcoming, organized, and customer-friendly environment.
- **Sales & Customer Service**: Achieve sales targets by providing excellent customer service, engaging with customers, and promoting brand products.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and ensure timely restocking.
- **Team Supervision**: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and adherence to store policies.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate sales and inventory records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years in retail sales, preferably with supervisory or in-charge experience.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and customer service orientation.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or management are a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
