Job Summary:
Monitoring, evaluating & structuring all store duties, responsibilities & processes in the most effective manner.

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintaining & follow-up stock registers of all items (Imported and local fabric, local trims, accessories, stationery, printing, machinery spare parts & equipment.)
- Regularize Trims Receipt, Material Issue, confirm quantity /Quality Of the Receipted Items
- Co-ordination with Every department in order to maintain the consistency of Production
- Ensure the documentation Procedure In-Time respect to Inward / Outsourcing & To the Production Plant
- Frequent /Timely follow up with Every HOD's respect to their request made against Factory's Production Plan
- Managing resources & allocate them for right Job and also equip them to do other responsibilities if any uncertainty happens
- Maintain a decent Workflow in a systematic way with respect to factory decorum & if any deviation find to make it correct
- Keep & Ensure every section of the store running in respect to Buyer Benchmarks and achieve good scores in Buyer Audits
- To ensure maintain all store area safety and hygienic. (5s)
- To take material requirements based on BOM.
- To ensure proper communication with suppliers.
- Inventory control system to be maintained up to date and ensure procedure correctness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
