Digital Marketing Trainer

As a Digital Marketing Trainer in an academy, your main responsibility is to deliver effective training sessions to individuals interested in learning digital marketing. You will provide demo sessions to walk-ins and online inquiries, showcasing the benefits and value of the training program. Additionally, you will coordinate with the counseling team to update them on the status of each demo and gather feedback for improvement. You should possess in-depth knowledge of the latest technologies and industry trends in digital marketing. A minimum of 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing Training or a related industry is required. Strong teaching methodologies and student-focused techniques are essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Demo Session Delivery:

- Conduct demo sessions to prospective students, showcasing the benefits and features of the digital marketing training program.
- Present and explain the curriculum, course structure, and training methodology.
- Highlight the value and potential career opportunities in the field of digital marketing.
- Address questions and concerns from participants during and after the demo session.

2. Coordination with Counseling Team:

- Collaborate with the counseling team to schedule and coordinate demo sessions with interested individuals.
- Provide real-time updates to the counseling team regarding the status and outcomes of each demo session.
- Gather feedback and insights from the counseling team to enhance the demo session experience.

3. In-Depth Knowledge of Latest Technologies and Industry Trends:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.

4. Training Experience and Expertise:

- Utilize effective teaching methodologies and techniques to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Tailor the training content and delivery to suit the diverse learning styles and skill levels of the participants.
- Create and update training materials, presentations, and resources as needed.
- Assess and evaluate participants' progress and understanding through assignments, quizzes, and practical exercises.

5. Student Focus and Support:

- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and collaboration among participants.
- Provide individualized attention and support to address the specific needs and challenges of participants.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing Training or a relevant job experience in the digital marketing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and industry trends.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent teaching and facilitation abilities, with a student-centered approach.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and skill levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire participants.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and educational technologies is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
