**Responsibilities**:

- Customize training materials and curriculum to meet the specific needs of participants, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, incorporating relevant updates into training content.
- Evaluate participant performance and progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance training programs and materials based on feedback and industry developments.
- Assist in the development of new training offerings and initiatives to meet the evolving needs of our clients and stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars, showcasing our expertise in digital marketing training.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in executing digital campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Experience in delivering training or educational programs, preferably in a corporate or professional development setting.
- Google Certification or other relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are highly desirable.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of participants, including professionals at various skill levels.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
