**Key Skills**
- Strong core visual design sensibilities with a passion for motion design and understanding of product usability.
- Experience working with Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Lottie or any other motion design tools.
- Experience working with Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- A strong portfolio / showreel of compelling motion design work.
- Samples of infographics / data visualisations / animation / film would be a bonus.
- Unconscious competence for building high impact videos / motion graphics.
- An obsession to be on top of new trends in motion graphics from both an aesthetic (colour, type, physics) and technical (plugins / tools) perspective.
- A natural storytelling ability and can communicate complex motion design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization (especially technical & business stakeholders).
- An attention to detail on the way leading B2B SaaS products interact and immerse users by way of micro transitions / animations.
- An ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multitask in an agile environment.

**Profile**
- 2-6 years of experience in Motion Graphics, in Advertising, Software or Digital Marketing.
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent hands-on experience working with software like AfterEffects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Invision or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
3D Knowledge is a plus.
- An exquisite taste of design and curating the same
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Growth mindset and ability to come up with ideas from planning to execution

**Work**
- High impact POVs, Sales decks and proposals leveraging video and motion.
- Developing animated explainers, advertisements and product videos.
- Driving the creation of assets, frameworks, reusable components for motion design best practices following our brand guidelines and style.
- Collaborating with cross functional teams to build immersive experiences across web / mobile touch points.
- Animating data visualization & infographics.
