**Job description**

**Purpose**: To create visual concepts to communicate information by banners, catalogues etc. and to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

**Responsibilities: -**
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Taking design briefs to understand requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Amend designs after feedback
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
- Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts
- Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines
- Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design
- Liaising with team and to ensure proofs are of good quality and in line with requirement.

**Competencies**
- Practical Knowledge of working on tools like GIMP, Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- Proven experience on Publication
- Experience in Banner Making, Catalogues, Flex, Website Banners etc.
- Adaptable, flexible and fast learner
- Self-motivated, High Integrity, Independent & Outside the BOX thinker
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

**Educational Qualifications**
- Graduate/ Certification in Graphic Motion Designing.

**Experience**
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Graphic Motion Designing in an EdTech Industry.

**Location**
- Hauz Khas, New Delhi, WFO; 6 days.
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
