**Job Summary**:As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, identifying pest infestations, implementing control measures, and providing effective solutions to eliminate and prevent pest-related issues. You will work closely with clients and team members to ensure a safe and pest-free environment for homes and businesses.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Inspections**: Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, premises, and outdoor spaces to identify pest infestations, assessing the extent of the problem, and determining the type of pests involved.

**Client Communication**: Communicate with clients to explain the extent of infestation, the proposed treatment plan, and any necessary follow-up actions. Answer any questions or concerns related to pest management.

**Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments applied, and recommendations for future prevention strategies.

**Preventive Measures**: Advise clients on effective preventive measures, such as sealing entry points, removing food sources, and maintaining proper sanitation, to reduce the risk of future pest problems.

**Equipment and Chemical Handling**: Safely handle and maintain pest control equipment, tools, and chemicals to ensure efficient and effective pest management while minimizing risks to humans and the environment.

**Health and Safety Compliance**: Adhere to health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies to prevent accidents, protect personal health, and maintain compliance with all relevant laws.

**Continuous Learning**: Stay up-to-date with the latest pest control techniques, industry advancements, and new products to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other pest control technicians and team members to support larger projects and achieve departmental goals.

**Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, respectful, and responsive to clients' needs and concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in pest control or a related field may be beneficial.
- Knowledge of various pests, their behaviors, and effective control methods.
- Physical fitness to handle long hours of walking, bending, and lifting equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
