**Job Description**:
Overview: The Planning & Project Management team is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of manufacturing projects. This includes coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring projects meet quality standards and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

2) Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on time project execution.

3) Monitor project progress (Plan vs Actual) and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.

4) Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

5) Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
1) Experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.

2) Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

3) Excellent communication and analytical problem solving skill

4) Proficiency in project management software and tools - Optional, Minimum requirement - Proficient with Excel

Preference Experience:
1) Manufacturing - Forge Shop Experience (2nd Preference : Manufacturing Exp)

2) Experience of ERP software, Project management software & tools

3) Expertiese in Excel & ppt.

4) Better Communication skills
