Manage training, performance and reward for the merchandising and promotion team working across retail locations.
- identify areas to enhance product positioning, placement, communication and adoption.
- Create performance report based on agreed objectives and organisational plans
Make sure Product is rightly placed in outlets.
- Proper use of Pop’s for improvement of Visibility and Branding.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
