**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the COO in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all departments.

Regular follow-ups with clients to maintain satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Develop, design, and edit menus based on client needs, preferences, and event themes.

Event Coordination:

- Oversee all aspects of event coordination, ensuring flawless execution across all sites.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely supply of goods and services.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensure timely follow-up and coordination with vendors to meet event requirements.
- Organize and coordinate event timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
- Take detailed meeting notes and convert them into actionable tasks with clear follow-ups.
- Manage brand presence and handle inquiries on platforms like Wedding Wires, Wedding Sutra, and WedMeGood.
- Oversee teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality work and achievement of quantitative targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategies for growth and development.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
