This role requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to healthcare safety standards. The executive will also be responsible for coordinating with healthcare staff, providing real-time updates on deliveries, and ensuring proper documentation for each transfer.**Responsibility**:

- ** Pick-Up & Delivery**: Collect and deliver lab samples, medical reports, and other healthcare items between clinics, diagnostic centers, and hospitals.
- ** Timely & Safe Transport**: Ensure samples and reports are delivered within set timeframes while adhering to safety protocols, including handling biohazard materials and maintaining temperature-sensitive items when required.
- ** Operational Updates** Provide regular updates on delivery status and any logístical issues to the operations team.
- ** Record Keeping** Maintain accurate records of all items picked up and delivered, ensuring proper documentation is filed for every transaction.
- ** Customer Service**:Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations and address any issues or special requests related to deliveries.
- ** Compliance with Healthcare Standards**:Follow safety protocols, including the correct use of protective equipment and safe handling of medical items.
