We are hiring a WAREHOUSE MANAGER for a responsible person oversee the movement storage and management of raw materials in our Cuttack warehouse The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations timely availability of materials and proper documentation while maintaining safety and efficiency standards This role is suited for professionals who are process-oriented operationally hands-on and looking to scale rapidly with a structured and fast-growing 3PL company What We Offer Absolute clarity on work expectations and number based appraisal system Company is growing 10X in next 4 years so a superb growth opportunity for people contributing towards growth of company Stable company with clear laid down procedures and a great track record of growth Pan India operations so scope of moving across India to gain multiple experience in various geographies Job Security with cash rich well funded company listed on NSE with market cap of 600 Crores Professional work culture and learning environment where the only pressure is of upgrading your skillset and growing along with organization Key Responsibilities Manage receipt storage and dispatch of raw materials in the warehouse Able to handle client on site requirements client facing experience require Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of stock movements Supervise and coordinate a team of warehouse staff and material handlers Maintain warehouse safety cleanliness and organization standards Monitor inventory levels conduct periodic stock audits and report discrepancies Ensure timely availability of raw materials for production Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency Coordinate with suppliers production and logistics teams to streamline operations Able to handle client on site requirements client facing experience require Requirements Good presentation skill and ability to analysis to interpret data Minimum 4-8 years of relevant experience in warehouse logistics operations Must have managed e-commerce clients under 3PL setup with proven SLA KPI delivery Experience in handling warehouses between 25 000-50 000 sq ft with high throughput Strong ability to manage shift operations team discipline and peak load periods Hands-on expertise in system-based operations using WMS TMS or similar tech platforms Should demonstrate process-oriented thinking and ground-level execution capability Exposure to working with national and multinational clients in a structured 3PL environment Good presentation skill and ability to analysis to interpret data Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you know any knowledge about apparel textile industry What is the maximum size of warehouse you handled Kindly specify your industry segment in whoch you hve gained experience Work Location In person
