**Position Title**: Senior Faculty (BJAMC Department)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deliver engaging academic content for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in BJAMC (Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication).
- Mentor and guide students in academic and professional growth.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the department's curriculum.
- Engage in research and scholarly activities, including publishing papers and presenting at conferences.
- Collaborate with faculty members and industry professionals for curriculum enhancement and practical exposure.
- Participate in academic and administrative committees, contributing to the overall development of the department.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in journalism, mass communication, and media trends.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- A Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field. A Ph.D. is preferred.
- At least 10 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or postgraduate level, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or senior faculty role.
- Demonstrated research output, publications in peer-reviewed journals, and presentations at conferences.
- A strong professional network within the media industry is a plus.
- Proven track record in curriculum development, academic leadership, and student mentoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Specialization in any of the following areas: Broadcast Journalism, Digital Media, Public Relations, Media Ethics, or Media Law.
- Experience in guiding student projects, theses, or research work.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in digital media, social media, and media technologies.
