**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Campus Incharge**

To ensure an efficient system the below mentioned process have been devised:
- a. To carry out timely / scheduled maintenance.

b. To prevent breakdowns and accidents

c. To respond effectively to the calls for the repairs and maintenance

d. To act effectively to the abnormal eventualities

Scope:
a. You will be responsible for handling the below mentioned team members:
a) Housekeeping Department

b) Security Department

c) Swimming Pool Operator

d) Gardener

e) General Maintenance Team

b. You will be responsible for recruitment and formation of the team at the School Campus and ensure they are deployed appropriately to complete the assigned maintenance work.

c. Uninterrupted stabilized power supply and its proper distribution to be monitored. Daily check of Generator and monitoring of diesel level to be maintained. Smooth transition of Generator in campus during power failure from electricity board.

d. Efficient functioning of telephones and EPABX systems.

e. Up gradation of firefighting systems.

f. Daily checking/maintenance of Electronic Bell Systems/Internet connections.

g. Daily check and monitoring of housekeeping staff and campus cleanliness - indoor as well as surrounding area.

h. Maintenance of all water pumps, Air conditioners, water coolers, intercom and telecom, sound systems, wall clocks and PA system to be done on a weekly basis.

i. Weekly maintenance of Hand walkies.

j. Fortnightly checking / maintenance of refrigerators, microwave and coffee machine, shoe polish machine, breath analyzer, gardening equipment.

k. Daily basis the chocolates should be replenished and a track for the same should be maintained.

l. Half Yearly maintenance of the overhead tanks, yearly maintenance of firefighting equipment, and CCTV cameras as and when required.

m. Timely renewal of Fire extinguisher should be done.

n. Half yearly checking of electrical accessories like lights, fans, UPS, earthing.

o. Daily monitoring of the Filtration system at the Swimming Pool as well as the Fountain area. Consumption of chlorine or other chemicals to be monitored. Proper testing of swimming water.

p. Monitoring of the landscapes and organic farm and ensuring daily reporting is taken from the gardeners. Assigning dedicated tasks based on the campus size.

Timely assistance to the calls for repairs from the department

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
