**Job Title: Personal Assistant to Directors**
**Requirement: Female**
**Location**: Nipaniya, Indore Madhya Pradesh
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience Level**: 1-2 years in management and administrative roles
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Directors, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing daily tasks.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records, both digital and physical, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
- Prepare and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents for Directors as required.
- **Communication Management**:
- Act as a liaison between Directors and internal/external stakeholders, including employees, clients, vendors, and partners.
- Attend meetings as necessary and take notes, preparing summaries and follow-up action items.
- Draft and manage communications, including memos, letters, and meeting agendas.
- **Project Coordination**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Support in tracking the progress of various projects and assist in allocating resources as needed.
- Organize and manage Directors' meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- **Task Management & Prioritization**:
- Manage a diverse range of tasks, ensuring effective prioritization and efficient completion within set timelines.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while managing multiple competing priorities.
- **Confidentiality & Discretion**:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality in all communications and dealings with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in administrative or management roles, ideally in supporting senior-level executives.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.
