**Job Title**: Cost Estimator - Doors & Windows
**Location**: Derabassi, Punjab
**Experience**: 6 Months to 1 Year
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience & skill)
**Industry**: uPVC Doors & Windows Manufacturing

**Company Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for uPVC window and door projects.
- Read and understand architectural drawings and specifications.
- Use **EVA software** for generating BOQs, quotations, and pricing breakdowns.
- Coordinate with the sales and design team for project requirements.
- Analyze material, labor, and time requirements for each project.
- Assist in preparing tenders and bids.
- Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and client expectations.
- Maintain and update pricing databases regularly.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in cost estimation or project coordination.
- Working knowledge of **EVA software** is mandatory.
- Familiarity with uPVC doors and windows materials, fittings, and accessories.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and numeric accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
