Cash Counsellor

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- To ensure day to day collection surgeries /clearance
- To explain bill to patients counselling regarding day to day expenditure surgery cost etc..
- To carryout and intimate patients about payment of dues and answer there queries in these regard
- To ensure that the payment is done by patients
- Report to manager TAT about any incidences or escalating issue
- To estimate the expenditure of special procedure and ensure the collection of 80% before procedure
- To coordinate with doctors and other department staff
- To prepare all general correspondence letters received by patients
- Daily floor visits /patients rounds and counseling, cross verify the raised bill against the pending collection, payment advance collection for LAMA & seriously ill patients

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Counselling: 3 years (preferred)
