**Responsibilities**:
- **Develop compelling sales demos to engage our customers, organization, and the public. These demonstrations will be featured at events such as Dreamforce and World Tours, corporate knowledge-offs, and during customer meetings.**
- **Become a master of Figma. Collaborate closely with the design team to create impactful demos, showcases, and prototypes.**
- **Collaborate with the product design team to create stunning presentations that enable effective storytelling.**
- **Work in harmony with the entire Sales organization to create a significant impact.**
- **Assist the product design team by creating demonstrative materials for sprint reviews and executive meetings.**
- **Build strong partnerships across disciplines, such as Design, Product, Engineering, and Marketing.**
- **Evangelize Figma best practices and SLDS interface guidelines and design patterns.**
**Experience / Skills Required**:
- **4+ years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams from start to finish**
- **Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices - and you’re always looking to improve on your process**
- **The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment, while also leading process improvement efforts**
- **Power to influence others and build consensus, while dealing with ambiguity**
- **Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to balance great design with meeting short deadlines**
- **Experience using analytics, user research and other approaches to help make decisions and iterate on the product**
- **Constant drive to stay up-to-date with the latest industry news and developments.**
- **A deep appreciation and talent for simple solutions to complex problems**
- **Expert knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, PhotoShop, Illustrator and other motion design/video making tools**
- **BA/BS or MA/MS in design related field, or equivalent experience, preferred from good Design schools**
**Bonus**:
- **Experience working in design systems**
- **Experience with CRM or enterprise software**
- **Experience creating user-led data visualization solutions**
