Jaipur Rajasthan, India Continental Engineers Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming materials and conduct Incoming Quality Checks (IQC) to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) for all received materials and update inventory records accordingly.
- Accurately enter data into Google Sheets to maintain up-to-date records of inventory levels, receipts, and issuances.
- Organize and maintain the store to ensure efficient storage and easy access to materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify and report dead stock for proper disposal or repurposing.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely procurement of materials as per project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and site teams to fulfill material requests and address any discrepancies.
- Assist in conducting regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while handling and storing materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Project Management team.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in materials management or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in materials management, inventory control, or storekeeping preferred.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet software for data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and inventory management principles.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative to ensure smooth store operations.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
