We are looking for an Operational Sourcing Coordinator located in Mumbai, India. The Operational Sourcing Coordinator provides support to the Sourcing Managers, Specialists and Business Coordinators within the global Raw Materials, Packaging and External Manufacturing Purchasing team. The role of the Operational Sourcing Coordinator is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the sourcing team.

Key responsibilities
- Internal operations:

- ensures seamless vendor and system contract creation and maintenance.
- collaborates with internal stakeholders to resolve vendor master, system contract, purchase order or invoice payment related issues.
- works with in
- and external stakeholders to resolve vendor quality performance issues.
- supports the sourcing team in reporting and data analysis needs.
- Procurement Commercial Excellence:

- analyses system data and drives improvements supporting vendor and system contract data integrity.
- works with the Business Sourcing Coordinator supporting compliance to system contracts.
- identifies and drives process improvements, preferably through digitization and automation.
- Support in the Strategic Sourcing Process:

- onboards new suppliers, and updates existing supplier data, in the vendor master database.
- works with in
- and external stakeholders in the execution of the bidding process.
- creates and updates system contracts ensuring commercial agreements are reflected in SAP.

Education and experience
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in the field of Economics, Operations Management. Additional studies in Technology provide an advantage.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of related work experience, preferably in Purchasing Operations.
- Fluency in English, written and oral.

Shift working
- Working in shifts is applicable for this role during the default work week (Monday until Friday).
