**1. Facility Manager (Non-Technical) - SOP**

**Objective**: To ensure smooth daily operations, coordinate with vendors, manage staff, and ensure resident satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily facility operations (security, housekeeping, MEP, landscaping, etc.).
- Vendor and AMC coordination.
- Regular site inspections and reporting.
- Monitor and log complaints, escalate unresolved issues.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.

**Daily Tasks**:

- Conduct morning briefing with helpdesk and housekeeping team.
- Log and review complaints.
- Check attendance and uniform compliance of staff.
- Visit common areas, clubhouses, DG, STP, WTP, swimming pool, etc.
- Check logbooks and registers.
- Checking of ripple gas system.
- Overseeing end-to-end coordination of event-related activities for smooth execution
- Coordinate with MC or Association for special tasks.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
