**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for Operation, Maintenance, trouble shooting of 33kV power systems, 11kV power network and LT distribution network across the site. With ACS, DIS and other electrical works
- Attending shift activity to run the operations smoothly. Proper planning and execution of PM and attending breakdowns. Taking lead in the maintenance of ACS-DIS, boom barriers, turn styles and street light maintenance, lifts maintenance, CEIG compliance, ISO:50001survilance audit readiness.
- To support utility team across sites like API, WH, QA/ QC and off site ETP
- Day to day maintenance and breakdown maintenance of HT panels and DG set etc.
- Power system monitoring and data recording in each shift.
- PM scheduling and managing pertaining to electrical equipment as per the schedule.
- CGMP and regulatory documentation WRT Electrical dept.
- Following CGMP, incident report with CAPA, raising Change control, closure of documents.
- Energy conservation, day to day recording and monitoring of utilities consumption, generating daily, monthly reports
- Responsible for the entire lighting systems at site.
- Ready to serve the company at any given point of time as demanded by the roll without restrictions.
- Demonstrate utmost values in safety, quality and Integrity.
- Taking lead in energy conservation and ISO activities of site.
- Operation and maintenance of SCADA and EMS of substation, supporting EMS, BMS activities at site.
- Maintenance of earthing systems, calibration of meters, relays and measuring instruments.
- Taking responsible part in project works like estimation, budgeting, PR / PO preparations, preparation of Micro plans, execution of projects through vendors, as per the timelines and approved budget, commissioning the facility.
- Responsible for spares, consumables and tools planning and maintenance in each shift.
- Coordination of ACS- DIS, supporting to FAS, AV systems at both the sites.
