**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities (KAR)**:

- **Social Media Coordination**:

- Liaise with the social media team to ensure alignment with the resort’s brand strategy and goals.
- Oversee the implementation of social media campaigns and content plans developed by the external team.
- Monitor social media performance, analyse metrics, and suggest feedback to the team to optimize campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all social media channels.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies to execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
- Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to agreed-upon terms and quality standards.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing materials, print media, and promotional items.
- **Resort Coordination**:

- Work closely with resort management and staff to align marketing initiatives with resort operations and guest experiences.
- Coordinate and execute on-site events, promotions, and special packages.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and presentation throughout the resort.
- **Day-to-Day Marketing Requirements**:

- Support the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
- Cordinate with the designer to assemble and provide details for brochures, flyers, and digital content. Follow up to ensure the timely completion and quality of the final products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks related to marketing, including budget tracking and reporting.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and social media metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing effectiveness.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work effectively with internal teams, including sales tea, resort team, and management, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Communicate marketing goals, updates, and results to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, with an experience in social media handling and vendor coordination.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media coordination.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Creative thinking with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
