**Qualification**:

- Master’s degree in Social Work/ Psychology with minimum 2 years’ experience preferably in NGO sector / leading hospitals. Freshers can also apply.

**Skills required**: Good communication / Interpersonal skills / Leadership qualities / Coordinating skills/ Adaptability / Innovative approach/ Computer knowledge/ Knowledge of English & Kannada is must.

**Key Responsibilities;**

Ø Supervising for the functioning of a Residential Dementia Care Facility as per duty schedules.

Ø Perform cognitive and psychological assessments for elders with dementia.

Ø Assign cognitive stimulation activities based on the patient’s cognitive capacity, interest and hobbies.

Ø Coordinate with Nurses and Caregivers to develop care plans and ensure that the same is followed by concerned staff.

Ø Overseeing nurses and caregivers.

Ø Collaborate with other professionals to assess client needs or plan treatments.

Ø Managing expenses and ensuring upkeep of the premises.

Ø Coordinate with patient families regarding visits and feedback.

Ø Coordinate with Doctors / and other Professionals to evaluate patients' medical or physical condition and to assess client needs.

**Job Type**: Full-time
