**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain official records, documentation, and correspondence.
- Assist in admissions, student records, and faculty coordination.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor communications.
- Support the management in report preparation and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and office schedules.
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies and procedures.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Administration, Commerce, or related field).
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, preferably in an educational institution.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in Hindi and English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Siwan, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
