Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Production Operations:
Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.

Monitor and adjust production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

Coordinate with the Production Manager to prioritize and schedule production orders.

Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of production workers to achieve production targets.

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.

Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills.

Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee product quality.

Conduct regular inspections of production lines to identify and address any quality issues.

Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to implement improvements.

Safety Compliance:
Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures.

Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for production staff.

Investigate and address any safety concerns promptly.

Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor and analyze production KPIs to drive performance improvements.

Resource Management:
Manage and optimize resource utilization, including labor, equipment, and materials.

Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials.

Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in foods (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant production software.
