**Logistics Executive**
- **Key Responsibilities**_

**Stock Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain stock levels and manage replenishment.
**Order Fulfillment and Delivery**:

- Overseethe processing of incoming and outgoing orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Track shipments and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues related to order fulfillment, including discrepancies and delays. **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory levels, order status, and delivery performance.
- Share relevant reports with other departments, including sales, finance, and procurement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements in logistics processes. **Warehouse Management**:

- Ensurethe effective organization of warehouse space and optimal layout for efficiency. -Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. -Implement and maintain best practices for warehousing and inventory control.
**Process Improvement**:

- Identify areas for improvement in logistics and supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with team members to implement solutions and enhance operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2-3years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or warehousing.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
